United Provinces formed early but they have some few provinces in africa only too, and small burgundy is also around. Portugal has some trade posts (these tiny small provinces) around africas coast and one colonial nation of south africa) but thats it. HRE is led by 1 province county and not one of the many hre reforms has been doneĮngland has same dynasty with scots but they are independent, has one colonial nation in colombia. Sure there are some wars but europe is not the mess it should be historically, france especially wants to get that fanatic pacifist speedrun achievment. The ai is developing their provinces etc but I have one big problem, most of europe for example does nothing almost regarding inner continental nor overseas expansion, also most nations dont wage wars in europe which is very weird. My game initialized correctly, and I did everything I should do so the ai wont break (I guess).
